Copyrights
All content not otherwise identified is copyright 2009 or later by Sacramento Online Services, a division of the Acorn IT Group. Unless explicitly licensed under a different license, you may not reuse or distribute copies of the text, images, media, or other content from this site without written permission from Sac-On in advance.
Attributions
Attribution essentially means giving credit to the person responsible for creating something.
Attributing Sac-On
Content that is released under an attribution-type of license (such as the CC-BY-SA-3.0-US) requires that you, at a minimum, clearly identify the work with the following information:
- A copyright notice (either "Copyright by" or the "©" symbol)
- Our full name ("Sacramento Online Services")
- The URL of our website (either "SacramentoOnlineServices.com" or the much sorter "Sac-On.com" are acceptable)
- The license name (or a standard abbreviation for it) under which the work was released

- Pluck CMS
- Pluck CMS is the content management system powering our site. It is very simple to install, setup, and maintain. You may find it a good solution for fairly simple sites with low to moderate traffic. A key consideration is that it stores the data in files rather than in a database.
